My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were perfect, full of heart-shaped balloons and a cake for our anniversary, making them incredibly comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where we could view the elephants. The service was outstanding; they were very welcoming and professional, picking us up from the airport and providing us with great knowledge and assistance throughout our visit. The location was excellent, right by the river and the elephant bathing spot, which was truly special. The dining experience was very good, especially on the terrace overlooking the river, although I wished I could have had a gin and tonic before dinner. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
